All items are handmade, hand-curated or small-batch delivery. Product descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Natural variations may occur due to the nature of materials used.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved gateways.

4. Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Estimated delivery times are 1-3 working days but may vary depending on location and carrier performance.

5. Returns & Refunds

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact imogengrace@wiccajourney.com within 14 days. Returns of used ritual items cannot be accepted for hygiene and spiritual integrity reasons.

6. Liability

Wicca Journey is not responsible for misuse of our products or for spiritual outcomes related to their use. Always practise safely and respectfully.
