We value our customers and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Here’s how to raise a concern or complaint.
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email imogengrace@wiccajourney.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any supporting images (if applicable).
Step 2 — Investigation
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 7 working days. If additional time is needed, we’ll keep you informed.
Step 3 — Resolution
Once reviewed, we’ll offer an appropriate remedy (replacement, refund, or explanation) based on our Terms & Conditions.
