Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wicca Journey, each item is created or chosen with care, intention, and ethical consideration. We want you to love your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products and service. Because many of our items are handmade, ritual-based, or spiritually prepared, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for physical goods that are:

• Incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival.
• Unopened and unused in their original packaging.
• Returned within 14 days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and spiritual integrity, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used in ritual, opened, burned, worn, or otherwise altered after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Ritual and altar kits that have been opened or partially used.
• Custom or bespoke items, including handmade wands and engraved tools.
• Herbs, candles, incense, or oils once unsealed.
• Digital downloads or PDF guides.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email imogengrace@wiccajourney.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

If your refund is delayed beyond this time, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need the same item replaced, email imogengrace@wiccajourney.com.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. Wicca Journey cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting imogengrace@wiccajourney.com. If your order has already been dispatched, the return process above will apply instead.
